These qualities that have manifested themselves over 10 years of experience with such renowned agencies and events such as AvantGarde, Flash, TESS, Volvo Ocean Race, Glastonbury Festival, Monster Jam, FIFA Club World Cup.
Partner / Managing Director
Over the past 10 years Ryan has dedicated himself to learning all the ins and outs of the entertainment industry. Right from roots in theatre, Ryan followed his passions and interests that lead towards experience on tours into nightclub and music festival operations in multiple countries.
Over the past year, Ryan has been the lead production and technical manager on several large-scale ceremonies, music festivals and small to medium events.
In- between these roles Ryan can also be seen on the design floor designing and directing some intricate corporate events while factoring in some unusual requests.
Managing Director, Asia
Orna prides herself on being a girl who can do it all, having gained vast swathes of experience in Events, Marketing, Communications, PR and business development. She has an innate capability to grasp client requests, even when they may be somewhat unsure of their desired outcome and strives on delivering on the very best results.
A strong team player and creative driver, Orna has spent the past seven years in the Middle East with clients and businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Jordan and Oman. Outside the office, Orna is highly energetic in both the sporting arena, but also with her ongoing work with several charities.
Senior Project Manager
Rachel is an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated individual committed to creating and implementing big ideas. Rachel started her career in advertising, helping international clients such as Virgin Holidays, Britvic, VW and Diageo define brand strategies and translating them into actionable marketing campaigns. Rachel’s career in events started in production and creative design at UK music festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival and The Secret Garden Party. Since moving to Dubai in 2015, Rachel has helped to deliver events such as the Dubai Food Festival, Nike We Run Dubai 10km, Toyota Land Cruiser launch and the Emaar National Day parade. Rachel has a huge passion for travel as well as sport, both playing and watching aspects and was part of the Games Maker team who helped deliver the London 2012 Olympics.
Every need has a solution; someone has to look hard enough to find it. Enters Pascal, who has a knack for connecting the dots. His mind is set to always look for a win-win scenario, and he will steer the ship endlessly until the compass indicates full satisfaction of all involved parties, starting with the suppliers, all the way to the end user, and everyone in between. “Cruise-control” is always the goal.
Pascal deeply believes in accurate information and efficient operation, and made of Excel his favorite tool; adopting Glownet was therefore a no-brainer for him. His background includes a large stint in F&B, which allowed him to combine the best of two worlds, and put the tools of information technology at the service of operations. Over the past years, Pascal has actively developed ties with potential customers who consider him since a major partner and a loyal friend.

Head Of Film
Dounya’s interest in the arts began at just seven years of age, when she first discovered theatre. She went on to graduate from the University of Paul Valery in Montpellier, France with a Bachelor’s degree in History & Documentation.
Today, having spent six years in Dubai, she prides herself on being at the forefront of film production based on her rich experience. This includes being Miranda Davidson’s casting agent, to working on only the second Emirati feature film ever made, (Sea Shadows), producing content for Emirates Airlines, and being involved in the first Emirati YouTube comedy show - true devotion and a creative spirit, Dounya shows one of the highest aspirations for film in true JK58 style.
Armed with a vast of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, events and strategic planning, Kirsten has the strength to develop strong winning campaigns to make brands and clients stand out above the clutter.
Kirsten has accumulated over 11 years experience in Middle East, working with a large arrange of clients including Johnson and Johnson, Philips, OneTouch and Jaguar to name but a few, ensuring all work is culturally aligned with every corner of the Middle East and North Africa, India, Pakistan, South Africa and even South America.
Alongside maintaining key client relationships across the board, Kirsten leads our Qatar office - '58Jack'. When it comes to escaping office life, Kirsten's loves being outdoors in nature and regularly gets fully involved with pursuits such as dragon boating, golfing or the simple pleasure of exchanging her laptop for a book.
Emma is the freshest face at JK58. Since joining the company in September, she has experienced a steep learning curve in the events industry, playing a key role in delivering events such as Qatar’s National Reading Campaign and the Character Village Event.
Emma is a sports and fitness addict, when she is not at the office, Emma can be found either participating in competitive sports such as rugby or swimming, or simply centring her inner balance with Yoga.
Senior Production Director
After spending some time in various corporate roles, Mike found his niche and has positioned himself into the events industry, having sought a far more diverse and challenging career path to follow.
Having been raised in Canada and Lebanon, Mike is able to have both a regional and international view on the projects he is involved with, bringing best practices and local insights together to the fore. Mike thrives with challenging what can be achieved and is always looking for new and exciting ways to grow execute and create impact within the events industry.
Senior Operations Director
With over 20 years experience in the creative communications industry, Dylan has worked for international agencies as well as boutique firms across all of mediums, helping him to establish a very °360 approach to all his projects. His experience has taken him from traditional advertising such as print, TV and radio, through to digital, out of home, marketing and PR.
Dylan is extremely client-focused and finds the immediacy of being on the ground with his clients’ markets to be challenging and engaging, with the visceral element of experiencing a live event being exceptionally motivating. He carries this energy into the office where he builds his team, managing them to greatness and ensuring harmony within the agency and its departments.
